Job summary

Allied Universal in Lima, OH is seeking a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver. This full-time role includes daytime shifts and a pay rate of $23.00 per hour. You will perform patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents at an aerospace/defense location while upholding customer service and security standards.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license, be 18+, and pass background checks and a drug screen as required. CPR is a plus; lifting 20+ pounds is also helpful.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in compliance with laws.

• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, access-related events, and shift handoffs.

Job Description

As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver in LIMA, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help to deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, access-related events, and shift handoffs.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
