Now Hiring: Unarmed Security Guard Concierge
Location: Downtown St. Petersburg, FL
Pay Rate: $17.25/hour
Schedule Coverage Needed: Various shifts available (see below)

Overview:
Towers Plaza is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused unarmed security guards to fill multiple shifts in a Security Guard Concierge role. This position combines traditional security duties with a polished front desk presence. Guards are expected to patrol the property and maintain a welcoming, secure environment for residents and guests.

Open Shifts (Multiple Positions):

• Day Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM):

  • Wednesday through Sunday

  • 8 hours/day

• Morning Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM):

  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

  • 8 hours/day

• Overnight Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM):

  • Wednesday through Tuesday

  • 8 hours/night

  • Includes full weekend coverage

Key Duties:

• Greet residents and guests with professionalism

• Monitor access points and verify entry credentials

• Patrol interiors, stairwells, and parking areas

• Deter unauthorized activity and respond to incidents

• Document occurrences and maintain safety protocols

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Class D Security License

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work assigned shifts reliably

• Prior concierge or residential security experience a plus
