Job Summary

This position is under the supervision of the Branch Manager or Account Manager and is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, customers, and visitors at assigned sites.

Job Duties

1. Protect the interests of the client within the facility and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
2. Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
3. Prepare daily reports as trained and submit them to the appropriate contacts.
4. Complete patrols as required by post orders.
5. Monitor and control access to the property as per post orders.
6. Notify authorities in emergencies as outlined in post orders.
7. Report violations of company policy and laws as per the Employee Handbook.

Additional Responsibilities

• Stand for extended hours.
• Work extended hours as needed.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on client needs and specific post requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Maintain a safe environment for all.
• Deal tactfully with the public.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean criminal background.
• Ability to obtain required state licensing.
• Ability to perform job duties, including walking and standing for long periods.
• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Military veterans and former police officers are encouraged to apply.
