Job Summary

This position is under the supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager and is responsible for protecting assets, personnel, customers, and visitors at assigned sites.

Job Duties

1. Protect the interests of the client within the facility and safeguard lives and property.
2. Observe, report signs of crime or disorder, and investigate disturbances.
3. Prepare and submit daily reports as trained.
4. Perform patrols as per post orders.
5. Control access to property as required.
6. Notify authorities in emergencies as outlined in post orders.
7. Report violations of policies and laws.

Additional Responsibilities

• Stand for long hours.
• Work extended hours as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Maintain a safe environment for all.
• Deal tactfully with the public.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Clean criminal background.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Capable of performing job duties.
• Physically able to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
