Women In Need (Win) seeks Security Guards to protect residents, staff, visitors, and volunteers in our New York City facilities. This unionized position reports to the Security Shift Supervisor and requires vigilance, clear communication, and adherence to protocol.
Responsibilities include supervising access, fire safety, and incident reporting. A NYS Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR/AED certification are preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
