Job summary

Villa St. Benedict in Illinois is seeking a dedicated security professional for the third shift (8pm–8am). You will be on site for resident requests and emergencies, respond promptly to incidents, and coordinate with appropriate staff.

You will also handle light maintenance, secure the campus nightly, and perform rounds of buildings, with nightly reports and assignments. This role emphasizes adherence to the Benedictine values and mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a related area with little direct supervision.
• Experience using tools and equipment required for this position.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• CPR/AED certified.
• First Aid certified.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License.

Job description

Handles light maintenance/janitorial emergencies. Completely secures campus by checking doors, lights and ground area on a nightly basis. Makes regular rounds of buildings. Completes reports of nightly rounds and occurrences during assigned shift. Assisting with projects and miscellaneous other duties as assigned. Attention to and perpetuation of the core values and mission of Villa St. Benedict are essential.

Qualifications Required
