Job Title: Security Guard Site Supervisor - $22.20/hour

We are seeking a Security Site Supervisor who will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The role involves acting as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers, supervising site staff, and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an empowered range.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screening in accordance with legal requirements.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports for effective business management.
• Enforce contract standards and site safety programs, including vehicle and driving safety.
• Participate in unemployment hearings if necessary.
• Enforce Allied Universal policies as outlined in handbooks and memos.
• Work in various environments, including cold, rain, snow, or heat.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, ramps, or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
