Job Description

Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a Security Site Supervisor at $24.00 per Hour.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Security Experience - 2+ Years
• Supervisory Experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology and software for reports
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Enforce Contract Standards and administer site safety programs
• Ability to work in various environments and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shifts and stand or walk for long periods
