Position Details

• Pay rate: $28.41 per hour
• Location: Los Angeles, California
• Excellent benefits and career growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents calmly and efficiently
• Conduct regular patrols around the premises and perimeter, with working conditions varying by site

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• State and local licensing requirements as applicable
• Successful background check and drug screening
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology and software
• Ability to handle crisis situations professionally
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Ability to work in various environments and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally

Additional Requirements

• Must have 2 years of security supervisory experience within the last 3 years, military, or law enforcement experience
• Active Guard Card and Firearm Permit (9mm)
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions
