Job summary

Security USA, Inc. is seeking a dedicated security officer to serve our community across NY, NJ, and Florida, with day and night shifts.

You will greet residents, monitor CCTV, enforce access control, and report incidents to building management. A valid security guard license and reliable transportation are required, and residency in Nassau/Suffolk counties is preferred. Gatehouse experience is a plus, and you will work a schedule starting 7am–3pm, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service approach.
• Experience monitoring CCTV systems.
• Familiarity with building access control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greeting tenants and coordinating with residents and visitors.
• Monitoring CCTV and building surroundings.
• Enforcing access control for guests and vendors.
• Providing incident and management reports to building management.
• Securing premises and assisting security team as needed.
• Patrolling shared areas of the building.

As a leading security officer, you will provide security and customer services for the community and share the following responsibilities

• Greeting incoming and outgoing tenants
• Monitoring CCTV of the building and its surroundings
• Ensuring proper access control guidelines are followed by guests and vendors
• Providing incident reports and other reports to building management and Security USA
• Securing the premises and providing security assistance when necessary
• Patrolling community shared areas in the building
• Valid Security guard license
• Have own Vehicle
• Live in Nassau/Suffolk county
• Gatehouse experience preferred
