As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Route Coverage in Shepherdsville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the chemical and petrochemical location, including the perimeter, access points, parking areas, and operational areas, as permitted.
• Monitor access activity, observe for unusual conditions or unauthorized activity, and document observations in accordance with site procedures.
• Follow location requirements for personal protective equipment and restricted-area access while supporting a professional and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
