Qualifications

• Guard card is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, deliveries, and contractor entry.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and incident documentation and communicate with property management and leadership.
• Respond to incidents and access-related concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct patrols of entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

Pay Rate: $15.92 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeTue11:00 AM - 04:00 PM Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri11:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun06:30 AM - 02:45 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, deliveries, and contractor entry in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
