Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors at a residential community.
• Manage visitor access by site procedures, verify entries, maintain records, and direct guests to destinations.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and systems from the front desk and report unusual activity per policies.
• Respond to resident concerns and incidents in a calm, customer-focused manner; contact appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Document incidents and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sun: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors at a residential community.
• Manage visitor access by following site-specific procedures, verifying entries as appropriate, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests to the proper destination.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems from the front desk and report unusual activity according to site-specific policies.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, customer-focused, problem-solving manner; contact appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, documenting incidents, and communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
