Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in Atlanta, GA to provide customer service and safeguard clients at logistics and distribution locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Licensing requirements may apply locally.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly and following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, shipping/receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report unusual activity or policy concerns.
• Complete incident reports, patrol documentation, and shift communications per site procedures.

Pay Rate: $15.37 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun: 07:0�0 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed, and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required incident reports, patrol documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
