Qualifications

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel at a commercial real estate front desk.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and issue access credentials.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.

• Document daily activities, incidents, and access-related information accurately and promptly.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and issue access credentials in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and supporting emergency response activities as directed.
• Maintain a professional lobby presence, answer phones, provide directions, and assist with tenant and visitor inquiries.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and access-related information accurately and promptly.

• Possess at least five years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
