Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors and clients at a commercial real estate front desk.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials and maintain records.
• Monitor access points, alarm panels and cameras; report unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Support lobby operations by answering phones, giving directions and coordinating deliveries.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.
• Monitor access points, alarm panels, cameras, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Support lobby operations by answering phones, providing directions, receiving deliveries, and communicating professionally with building management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
