Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Guard for Long Island City, NY. You will serve visitors, patrol assigned areas, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service while upholding safety procedures.

The role requires a valid guard card/license (preferred), high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout galleries, exhibition spaces, public areas, entrances, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.05 - $19.05 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
