• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and access-related issues calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking, leasing offices, and amenity spaces.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious conditions and policy violations.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate information to site management and emergency responders as needed.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur - 08:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri - 08:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat - 08:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun - 08:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, leasing offices, amenity spaces, and property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the residential location, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site management, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
