• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, unsecured areas, or maintenance concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

• Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols in a healthcare forensic facility.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, unsecured areas, or maintenance concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
