Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer in Cincinnati, OH. You will provide customer service, monitor assigned areas, and deter security incidents while working a set evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A background check/drug screen may be required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property including common areas and perimeters.
• Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in accordance with site procedures.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a residential tower location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, observe and report concerns, assist residents and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in accordance with site procedures.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
