As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and associates. You will communicate professionally, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, as assigned.
• Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy concerns to appropriate store personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post instructions.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and documenting incidents, patrols, and observations accurately.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
