Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, documenting visitor/contractor entries, and reporting concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with clear observations and requests for support.
• Complete accurate reports and incident documentation for Allied Universal leadership.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide courteous customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting access concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations and requesting additional support as needed.
• Complete accurate reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
