Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations and requesting additional support as needed.
• Complete accurate reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

What You’ll Do

Minimum Requirements
