Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor and contractor badges, and maintain accurate access‑related logs and records.
• Respond to access‑control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, production‑area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security‑related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding visitor activity, access‑control issues, and unusual incidents.

• Fri 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM
