Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Visitor Intake Driver in Fernandina Beach, FL. You will provide security and customer service, managing visitor access and screening at a manufacturing/industrial site.

As a Part Time role, you can build a flexible schedule and contribute to a team that values integrity, reliability, and incident prevention. A valid driver’s license and security experience are required or preferred.

As an Access Control Security Professional in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, verify access, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter incidents through a visible presence. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, screening visitors, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report security-related conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
