Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Overnight Weekends in Cincinnati, OH. This part-time role involves serving and safeguarding clients across Retail/Malls and other sectors, with a focus on customer service and visible security presence.

The position offers a weekend night schedule with pay of $18.47 per hour and requires a valid driver's license, being 18+ for unarmed roles, and at least a high school diploma. Background checks and drug screening are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate store leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior, property concerns, access-control issues, and policy violations in accordance with location procedures.
• Support a welcoming retail environment by providing directions, assisting with customer service needs, and documenting incidents accurately and promptly.

What You\'ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
