Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Part Time Weekends in West Chester, OH. You will serve and safeguard clients across commercial real estate and related settings.

This role offers a flexible weekend schedule and the opportunity to earn with our Claim a Shift platform. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will conduct patrols, maintain a visible presence, provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff, and respond to incidents with integrity.

• Conduct regular and random foot/vehicle patrols of commercial property.
• Monitor access and assist with visitor and contractor procedures.
• Respond to incidents and document activities for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor access to the property, observe entry and exit activity, and assist with visitor, vendor, and contractor procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs while communicating relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

What You\'ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
