Job summary

Generations is seeking a Security Guard for Paradise Village to maintain a safe campus and provide a security presence while serving residents, families, providers, and visitors. This role requires independent work and a strong sense of responsibility during night shifts.

The position is part-time with Friday nights 6:00 pm to 4:00 am and weekend/holiday availability. CPR/First Aid training is available, and a Guard Card is preferred as part of pre-employment requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in security or customer service preferred.
• Guard Card preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification training available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

• Maintain a safe campus and security presence within Paradise Village.
• Provide customer service to residents, family members, providers, and visitors.
• Work independently with a high level of responsibility and make routine decisions.

Provides customer service to residents, family members, providers, and visitors/guests. Expected to work independently with a high level of responsibility. Decision-making is required regularly.

Schedule

• Part-time, working Fridays, from 6:0 pm - 4:0 am
• Options to pick up other overnight shifts
• 10 hour shifts = 10 - 20 hours per week
• Must have weekend and holiday availability

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security or customer service is desirable.
• A current Guard Card is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
