• Greet visitors, residents and others; ensure sign-in and sign-out procedures are followed.
• Answer telephone courteously and route calls appropriately.
• Monitor emergency call system and surveillance equipment; respond per procedure.
• Perform periodic rounds of the property to maintain a safe environment.

• Wage Range: $19.50-$20.00/hr.

Job Description

Kind and conscientious person needed to provide reception duties after hours; assure security of the building, grounds, and residents/staff. Your interest in serving others will be rewarded and appreciated by our senior residents.

Essential Duties

• Perform reception functions of greeting visitors, residents, and others and assure sign in and out.
• Answer telephone courteously and route calls appropriately.
• Monitor emergency call system, surveillance equipment and respond per procedure.
• Make periodic rounds of property assuring a safe environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development) and/or six (6) months experience in similar position
