Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting visitors and residents, answering calls, monitoring the emergency system, and patrolling the property to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and/or six months in a similar position.
• Customer service and receptionist experience preferred.

Job Description

Essential Duties:

• Perform reception functions of greeting visitors, residents, and others and assure sign in and out.
• Answer telephone courteously and route calls appropriately.
• Monitor emergency call system, surveillance equipment and respond per procedure.
• Make periodic rounds of property assuring a safe environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development) and/or six (6) months experience in similar position
