Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer to protect sites such as retail, airports, and detention centers. You will patrol, verify visitor identities, and manage access while staying vigilant for risks.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Stand and walk for the entire shift
• Must be 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license with a clear MVR record
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Visitor badge verification
• Maintain and manage the site directory for visitors
• Access control and monitoring
• Mobile security patrols
• Foot patrols
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Beaver Dam, WI
• Shifts available:
  • Part-time, 2nd Shift, Monday through Wednesday 2:00p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Full-time, 1st Shift Saturday, Monday and Tuesday 5:00a.m. to 2:00pm, 1 Shift Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Full-time, 1st Shift, Thursday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Full-time, 1st Shift Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Monday through Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Part time 1st shift, 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday through Friday
  • Full-time, 2nd shift, 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday through Sunday
  • Part-time, 1st shift, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday

• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Must be 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license with a clear MVR record
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
