GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer to patrol diverse environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers. The role requires keen observation, risk anticipation, and prompt action during shifts across early morning, afternoon, and overnight blocks.

Qualifications include U.S. work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass extensive screening.

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for most of your shift.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
