Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Response in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a residential community, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment for residents and guests. You will conduct routine rounds, report security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and promptly, and report concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
