Allied Universal in Miami, FL seeks a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Inspection. You will serve and safeguard clients in a commercial real estate setting, patrol designated areas, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service.

The role requires 1 year of security experience, HS diploma, and licenses preferred. You will monitor access points, report incidents, and maintain logs, with shifts including nights and weekends as listed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned property areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs related to patrols, incidents, visitor activity, and security-related observations.

What You'll Do
