Qualifications

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply to state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, surrounding business areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials and authorizations in accordance with site procedures, and report access-related irregularities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
