As a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and guests, and help maintain a professional environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide a welcoming, professional front-desk presence for employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology and telecommunications location.
• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, visitor management protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Verify visitor credentials, issue temporary access badges, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests according to site policies.
• Monitor access points, communications systems, and security-related equipment; report unusual activity, access concerns, or maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating matters in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
