Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Incident Response in Indianapolis, IN. You will monitor facilities, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while patrolling and responding to alarms.

Qualifications include at least one year of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a night shift on a full-time schedule. CPR/First Aid is preferred; background check and drug screen apply.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site‑specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activity through accurate reports and logs.
