Grant Associates is hiring for an on-site Security role to protect employees and visitors and maintain a safe workplace. You will respond to emergencies, monitor facility activity, and support front desk coverage while collaborating with staff to uphold security procedures.

Qualified candidates have a valid security license, 2+ years in related roles, and a high school credential. The position requires independent work and strong interpersonal skills within a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Security License required.
• 2+ years related work experience in office support, copy or mail services a plus.
• 18+ years of age.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site security to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors.
• Respond to emergencies and address disruptive behavior.
• Assist with front desk coverage as needed.
• Escort unauthorized visitors to exits or designated areas.
• Follow fire prevention, patrol, traffic control and incident investigation procedures.
• Coordinate with managers and staff to intervene with incidents when required.
