Grant Associates is hiring an on-site Security professional to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors. The role involves responding to emergencies, addressing disruptive behavior, and monitoring facility activity.

You will collaborate with staff to maintain a secure and professional atmosphere, assist with front desk tasks, and follow established safety procedures across property patrol and incident investigations.

Formación

• Valid Security License required.
• 2 plus years related work experience in office support, copy or mail services a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 18+ years of age.
• Excellent rapport with a variety of personalities.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Corporate security experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.

Responsabilidades

• Provides security services to ensure that the environment is safe for employees and visitors
• Remove disruptive customers or be a point of contact for 911/police and/or emergency
• Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
• Escort unauthorized visitors to appropriate exits, rooms or classes
• May assist with front desk coverage
• Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations
• Responds to manager and/or employee requests to intervene with difficult personnel/customers
• Maintain safety by walking the halls and observing the behavior of others
• Exhibit interpersonal skills to relate will customers, staff and managers
• Other duties as assigned
