As a Front Desk Security Professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will greet visitors, manage access, verify credentials, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at the front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor and manage visitor, vendor, and driver check-in processes, including verifying identification, issuing access credentials, and maintaining accurate entry records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific response procedures.
• Receive and direct calls, deliveries, and inquiries to appropriate personnel while maintaining awareness of front-desk activity.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
