Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Driver Entry Control in Atlanta, GA. You will monitor entry points, verify access, perform patrols, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence at a logistics location.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work DayTime and Night shifts. This position offers a driving-focused security function with a competitive hourly pay.

Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location. You will monitor entry points, verify access, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and driver logs, and direct authorized personnel and deliveries according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately, including incident reports, shift activity logs, and access-control records.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
