Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a part-time Security Guard for the Wellington at Hershey's Mill community in Chester County. This role covers every other weekend from 12am to 8am and focuses on maintaining a secure environment for residents and staff.

You will patrol the grounds, monitor cameras and life safety systems, perform routine rounds, and respond to emergencies or unusual activity. No experience is required, though prior security exposure is preferred; vaccination proof is required unless

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for all employees and residents at the community.

• Secure all areas of the facility, checking for open doors or unusual activity.
• Monitor emergency and safety equipment including security cameras, phones, and life safety systems.
• Complete regularly scheduled rounds in and around the building.
• Communicate about and respond to all unusual activity or emergency situations.

• No experience necessary, although previous experience in security in some capacity is preferred.
• You pride yourself on providing and protecting a safe environment for those around you.
• You have a keen eye for noticing unusual activity and things/people that are out of place.
• You excel at confronting and de-escalating or resolving situations that warrant a safety concern.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required unless exempt due to medical, religious, or personal beliefs. Government requirements or exclusions may apply.
