Senior Lifestyle is seeking a security professional to maintain a secure environment for residents and staff at the Cincinnati community. You will monitor access points, safety equipment, and security cameras while conducting routine rounds throughout the facility.

The role requires vigilance, strong de-escalation skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, ensuring a safe, respectful environment for all residents and employees.

Qualifications

• No experience required, though prior security exposure is preferred.
• You pride yourself on maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Strong ability to notice unusual activity and items/people out of place.
• Ability to respond calmly and resolve safety concerns when needed.

Responsibilities

• Secure all facility areas and check doors for secure status.
• Monitor cameras, phones, and life-safety equipment.
• Conduct regular rounds around the building perimeter and interior.
• Communicate and respond to unusual activity or emergencies promptly.

Job Description

• Secure all areas of the facility, checking for open doors or unusual activity.
• Monitor emergency and safety equipment including security cameras, phones, and life safety systems.
• Complete regularly scheduled rounds in and around the building.
• Communicate about and respond to all unusual activity or emergency situations.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, although previous experience in security in some capacity is preferred.
• You pride yourself on providing and protecting a safe environment for those around you.
• You have a keen eye for noticing unusual activity and things/people that are out of place.
• You excel at confronting and de-escalating or resolving situations that warrant a safety concern.
