Allied Universal is seeking dedicated security professionals to join our Full Time team at a technology location in the United States. You will deliver customer service to employees and visitors, perform screening procedures, verify credentials, and respond to incidents with calm efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security‑related procedures, access screening requirements, and emergency response activities at a technology, media, or telecommunications location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and belongings in accordance with site policies, using screening equipment and established procedures to deter unauthorized items.
• Verify identification, access credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation before entry to designated areas.
• Respond to screening alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of visitor activity, screening results, incidents, and unusual observations; conduct regular patrols as directed.

• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security‑related procedures, access screening requirements, and emergency response activities at a technology, media, or telecommunications location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and belongings in accordance with site policies, using screening equipment and established procedures to help deter unauthorized or prohibited items from entering the facility.
• Verify identification, access credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation before permitting entry to designated areas.
• Respond to screening alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of visitor activity, screening results, incidents, and unusual observations; conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeter as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
