Allied Universal® in Nashville, TN is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard to protect patients, visitors, staff and vendors within a healthcare environment. This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and involves patrolling sites, maintaining a visible presence, and following established security procedures to deter incidents.

You will report incidents clearly, assist with visitor management, and coordinate with medical staff during emergencies.

As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver Incident Reports in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
