Responsibilities:

1. Perform access control for guests, tenants, and vendors.
2. Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
3. Observe and report security and safety hazards.
4. Conduct routine foot patrols around the premises.
5. Report incidents to management, clients, and relevant departments.
6. Interact professionally with clients, visitors, officials, and the public.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and operate security programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• At least one year of verifiable work experience or relevant military/education background.
