Titan Secure Inc in Hempstead, NY is seeking a Security Guard to be the first point of contact for visitors and the person responsible for keeping the site safe. You will patrol, monitor access, manage front desk duties, respond to incidents, and document activities in logs and incident reports while upholding company procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have valid New York State Security Guard Registration or be willing to register before first shift.
• Complete the 16-Hour On-the-Job Training within 90 days of hire, and the 8-Hour Annual In-Service course each year.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass fingerprinting and background check for state registration.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Clear spoken and written English for radio calls and incident reports.
• Able to stand and walk for most of a shift; reliable transportation to Hempstead.

• Give directions and help to employees, tenants, customers and visitors
• Follow site post orders and company procedures at all times

About the role

You will be the first person visitors meet and the person everyone relies on to keep the site safe. As a Security Guard at Titan Secure Inc, you will protect people and property at our residential location in Hempstead.

We are looking for someone dependable, observant and calm under pressure, with a customer-service mindset. New to security? We will consider motivated candidates who are willing to complete New York State licensing.
