Job summary

Synterra Security Solutions seeks a dedicated Security Guard to work at mining sites including Alamos Magino and Island Gold Dubreuilville. The role involves access control, vehicle searches, patrols, and incident response in a site-security environment.

Requirements include a valid Ontario Security Guard License, First Aid Certificate, and a valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License, with pre-employment drug/alcohol testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months in security or related field (preferred).
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Valid First Aid Certificate.
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control and vehicle searches.
• Conduct property inspections and administrative duties.
• Foot patrols of buildings and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents on site and enforce client rules.

Job Summary

• Work Location: Alamos Magino/ Island Gold Dubreuilville
• Wage: $23.00 per hour
• Rotation: 14 on 14 off
• Position Type: Full-Time

Private security agency, mine/energy site

Type of Assignments

Access control, vehicle search, property inspections, administrative duties, Foot patrols of buildings, respond to incidents on property, enforcing client and site rules and regulations

Work Conditions

Outside, Inside, combinations of sitting, standing and walking

Requirements

• Pre employment Drug and Alcohol testing required before deployment.
