Job summary

Surefox North America Inc is seeking an experienced Incident Commander to join our Bay Area team. You will liaison between Surefox and clients, respond to emergencies, and support security operations on top Silicon Valley accounts.

The role requires strong observation, customer service, and the ability to work independently or with teams. Scheduling includes swing and grave shifts; candidates should be comfortable with physical duties and documentation of incidents.

Qualifications

• Must have a current CPR & First Aid certification or be eligible to qualify for a certification.

• Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.

We are currently seeking an experienced Incident Commander with high integrity and professionalism who can join our team here in the Bay Area. You will be working on uniquely assigned projects under the guidance of the Shift Supervisors and Area Managers for our top Silicon Valley clients. In your day to day role as an Incident Commander, you will be acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients while providing emergency response. You will perform all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures, and all state & federal regulations.Other responsibilities include responding to emergency events, medical & non-medical issues, and handling client requests in a timely manner with an emphasis on customer service. Under certain circumstances, an Incident Commander will be expected to initiate preliminary investigations by writing incident reports on all internal client and company issues. To be successful in this position, you must be able to handle the physical demands of the role and the activity required as part of the static or foot patrol responsibilities of the various positions.
