Job summary

Surefox North America Inc., a veteran-owned company, seeks an experienced Incident Commander Supervisor for the Bay Area. You will lead a security team, liaison with clients, and oversee daily operations, reporting to the Area Manager. This role emphasizes integrity, professionalism, and decisive incident response.

The position requires a BSIS guard card, CPR/First Aid certification, and eligibility for US employment. Temporary 9/20/26–10/1/26 schedule with 24/7 coverage on-site.

Qualifications

We seek an experienced Incident Commander Supervisor with high integrity and professionalism who can join our team here in the Bay Area. You will be working on uniquely assigned projects under the guidance of the Area Manager. In your day to day role as an Incident Commander Supervisor, you will be acting as a liaison between Surefox and its Clients while providing professional security guarding services with the goal of protecting Client personnel and property as well as deterrence and emergency response.You will perform all duties in accordance with Surefox and Client policies and procedures, and all state & federal regulations. Other responsibilities include responding to emergency events, medical & non-medical issues, staffing deficiencies, and handling Client requests in a timely manner. Under certain circumstances, an Incident Commander Supervisor will be expected to initiate preliminary investigations by writing incident reports on all internal Client and company issues.
